The work in our bakery is real handwork! The dough for our bread and pastries is hand-wrought and you can taste that too. Great taste, high tolerance, excellent shelf life and all this without artificial additives. By keeping the dough for a long time, we give our bread everything it needs to be tasty and digestible!
