Located right on the shore of Lake Traunsee, this rustic restaurant offers Steckerlfisch—grilled char—to swimmers, day-trippers, hikers, cyclists, and fans of grilled fish, all set against an idyllic panoramic backdrop.
As you sit at one of the rustic wooden tables and savor your delicious Stanglfisch (char) with lemon, garlic oil, and dark bread, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the lake and the mountains.
The fish, caught fresh daily, is served—as is customary—wrapped in paper and with a fork—simple but unique.
