We are a combination of guesthouse with rooms and restaurant with farm shop. In our farm we process the food that grows and thrives around our farm.
With our own slaughter room, we ensure sustainable and animal-friendly meat production, without transport routes and stress for the animals. This enables us, among other things, to offer a particularly high quality of our farm shop products and dishes in the restaurant.
Our farm is in a perfect location for families looking for peace and nature. Your children can move freely around the house as there is no road running through the whole area of our farm.
The idea of our farm is that you, as a customer, can eat in the restaurant what you can then buy from the farm shop and take home. This means that soup, jus, dumplings etc. which are available in the farm shop are used by us in the kitchen one to one. The liqueur or juice sold in the farm shop is the same as the one you can try in the restaurant.
Our menu varies according to the vegetables, herbs, fish and meat that are in season and have been harvested.
With this in mind, we look forward to your visit!
In winter: Every Sunday from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. there is a small morning pint.
The restaurant is open when the ski lift is in operation.
In summer: The restaurant and farm shop are open from Wednesday to Sunday from 5 pm.
Herbert the farm shop vending machine is open 24/7 for you.
