The historic axis of culinary delight

From the shimmering "Flinserl" carnival costumes to the elegant "Plätte" boats on the lake – the centuries-old trade relations with Venice can still be felt in Ausseerland to this day. Long ago, salt traders brought magnificent garments and Mediterranean delicacies across the Alps to our region. On Tuesday evenings, we bring this history-rich axis of flavor to life at Zloam Wirt, making the connection truly tangible on your palate. Authentic and pure, featuring the very best of Italian cuisine: crispy pinsa and fine pasta.
