Lifestyles offsiede all cliches - an open discussion evening with a journalist
Hauptstraße 13, 4644 Scharnstein
You no longer have to move to the city to live individually, the diversity in the countryside is just as great. For some this means great freedom, for others it is a challenge. How can social colourfulness succeed, how does a small place like Scharnstein handle it?
These questions prompted the library team to organize a theme evening with Christine Haiden, who has been dealing with individual ways of life for many years. You will read excerpts from her books, by people who make up their own rhyme for life, alone or in pairs. You will tell from the answers of your interlocutors, on questions such as how love can succeed and what comes after death, whether discipline helps a good life and whether you can exploit the weaknesses of your partner.
Christine Haiden is also available for a conversation with the audience.
Christine Haiden is a journalist, author, lecturer and editor-in-chief of the Catholic weekly magazine 'Welt der Frauen'. Many know their weekly column “Haiden on Thursday” in the 'Oberösterreichische Nachrichten'. She is known for her clear attitude, which always focuses on people and their dignity.
