ROSA ARCHITECTURE & LIVING: Living and home office in a pretty, historic, lovingly renovated house in typical traditional Aussee architecture, right in the center of the tourist community of Bad Mitterndorf in the Styrian Salzkammergut with a beautiful, quiet garden. On the ground floor, the owners and their hosts run a small architectural office during the day, on the upper floor is the wonderful, newly furnished vacation apartment, consisting of a spacious eat-in kitchen with XL dining table, high-quality furniture and fully equipped spacious kitchen, three bedrooms (2 with double beds and adjoining office area, one with double bed and bunk bed), elegant bathroom and WC. The quiet, picturesque garden invites you to linger among the apple trees.

But everything is also available for the home office in between - 2 separate office desks, equipped with PC, monitor and printer! A small in-house library with a collection of games and a soundbox completes the offer for the whole family. Speaking of which - a baby crib and high chair are also available!
Well-behaved, clean dogs are welcome - but we ask that they are not allowed in the beds or on the sofa. We have a great dog bed, a spacious bowl and a large garden for them to run around in!
