In gentle hills the Ausseerland stands out in front of the door of MaMi`s vacation apartment and the thoughts go on a journey.

But the idyllic location of the vacation apartment at the Grundlsee is only one of the highlights of this oasis in the Ausseerland. The house, built in 1910, shines again today in the much loved Ausseer style thanks to a lot of heart and sweat of the young couple.

Just as Manuel and Michaela would like to live themselves, they have furnished the 70 square meter apartment. Old wood, the historic fireplace, the polished stove that you can still heat with fire, stone, loden and impressive pictures of the region - these are the features that you too will fall in love with in this apartment.

Surrounded by fragrant flower meadows you walk 10 minutes to the Grundlsee, directly in front of your apartment you can set off on mountain bike tours or hikes (also the eBike can be recharged in the evening).

In six minutes by car you are at the Altaussee lake and only a little longer you need to ski at the Loser.

Summer as well as winter, autumn and spring - your vacation apartment at Grundlsee. Whether as a family or with friends, two separately accessible bedrooms, a cozy eat-in kitchen with large dining table set, a living room, the bathroom with shower and toilet extra are waiting.

For the little ones we have a high chair and a travel cot and in front of the door a sandbox, in the garden reserved for you.
