Again and again I left my yoga path and didn't make it onto my mat. Most of the time in the darkest times of my life I would pass her contemptuously, leaning in the corner she gently warned me, but to no avail. Almost 5 years ago after a long illness I fought my way back into my life with the help of yoga and meditation. Today I know that yoga can be the gentlest and most wonderful means for a fulfilled, healthy and balanced life, if you get involved ... My lessons reflect my experiences and my personality; it should be informal, humorous and direct, free from dogmas and the constant need.
