At the hay harvest he suffered a heart attack and died. *"After daily hard work came quietly and reckless death. He suddenly pulled him out of life - there was no warning. This should be a warning to us. Death can visit at any hour! "* ​Matthias Gaderer was one of the "tower builders" for the tower of the Radstatt chapel.
