Since then I love and live yoga with all my heart! I am a mom of a particularly wonderful boy, a nature worshipper, an adventure lover and an enthusiastic Bachata dancer. My passion is traveling - it makes me wide and free. The intention of my work is to create spaces where people can meet themselves deeply. Then something magical happens. For me, yoga is not just a physical and mental practice but a way of life that comes with awareness, mindfulness, self-reflection and a genuine connection to myself and to life.Inspired by many fantastic teachers in Sivananda, Hatha, Iyengar and Yin Yoga as well as Spiral Dynamics, I shape my teaching with decades of experience in self-reflection. I have worked very intensively on the topics of psyche and psychosomatics, personality development, stress management, and back and spine issues. Do you sometimes feel empty and exhausted? One appointment follows another and you feel like you've lost touch with yourself? Then you've come to the right place! With me, you can learn to relax deeply, to feel complete again, to come back to yourself, to get from your head back into feeling. Your body is your temple. You learn to nourish it, to stretch it wonderfully, to open it, to strengthen it. Your mind learns to focus in order to become calm and clear. Your heart looks forward to the mindfulness you give it. In the yoga classes together, impulses can arise, show themselves, become conscious - you are invited to integrate them into your life, into your everyday life. The awareness you gain will change your life for the better. Yoga is a process that flows into all areas of your life. It is a conscious decision for YOU.
