Eventually, he purchased the first used Lotus. A few years later, the space for the many individual parts was too small and the former stable was converted into a museum. There you can currently see various Lotus models and a Club Lotus Austria bus is also part of the great collection. In addition, there are many other things in the museum, such as about 1200 model cars, a Jochen Rindt collection, videos, magazines and books and a slot car track from the 1960s. After a long rocky road succeeded in 2011 an extension, so the museum now already extends over a respectable area and there are depending on the season about 15-20 Lotus in the museum. Lotus Europa, Elise, Exel, Eclat, Super 7, Esprit, etc. and a Formula 1 show car.
