A heart for Hock'nbleiber, Genusssspechte and Häferlgucker: We - that's landlady Sabine and chef Flo - focus on friendly hospitality and creative down-to-earth cuisine. The Stube at the Maximilianhof - hospitality in a new tradition. The love of pleasure has always inspired us. With delightful creations and an appealing mix of classic dishes and surprising new interpretations, we make sure that tasting our menu will never be boring. In addition to "Schnitzel as usual" or Boiled Beef (to be found on the classics page in our menu), we spoil the palate with attractive variety according to season and mood - always fresh, g'schmackig and gladly also as a "Wiazhaus trip" in the form of tapas. We have a total of 125 seats - there is the right one for everyone!
