The Lobisser-Höplinger family has lived in and managed the historic and authentic house for 150 years and will spoil you with culinary delights from the region.** Gastronomy with history ----------------------- In 1504, Emperor Maximilian 1 stayed in the old mining town of [Hallstatt](https://dachstein.salzkammergut.at/en/oesterreich-stadt-ort/detail/430000973/hallstatt.html) and granted the house the right to brew beer. A brewing right that was exercised until 1907.
