From Wels via Lambach station with the Vorchdorf railway (line 160), or from Gmunden with the Traunsee tram (line 161) from Stern & Hafferl Bahnen to Vorchdorf Eggenberg. Approx. 8-10 minutes on foot from Vorchdorf railway station to Schlossplatz, approx. 7 minutes from the Vorchdorf Schule stop. **by bus**: OÖVV bus routes 481 from Kirchdorf to Vorchdorf or 501 from Wels to Vorchdorf, bus stop Schlossplatz **by bike**: Schlossplatz is easily accessible via Bahnhofstraße, cycle connection in the direction of Gmunden and R13 Traunviertler cycle path. **Salzkammergut shuttle service:** Take route 70 from Scharnstein station via Pettenbach to the Vorchdorf station stop or route 80 from Hagenmühle or Almspitz to the Schlossplatz stop, call the taxi centre at least 1 hour in advance on 050-422 422 or order on the otaxi app. **By car:** Westautobahn A1: From Vienna/Linz via the Voralpenkreuz or from Munich/Salzburg - exit A1 Vorchdorf - roundabout towards Vorchdorf centre, after the motorway overpass turn right towards Vorchdorf centre at Schlossplatz. Coming from Gmunden and the Salzkammergut either via the B120 from the Baumgarten roundabout on the L1306 Vorchdorfer Straße or via the B145 to Regau and on the A1 motorway to Vorchdorf.
