Under the guidance of **Doris Voithofer**, experienced winter bathing guide and waterwoman, participants learn simple breathing techniques and receive valuable tips on how to safely immerse themselves in the cold water. After the short, intensive bath, a cup of tea provides comforting warmth from the inside before a hot shower slowly brings the body back up to temperature - the ideal way to end an invigorating experience in the icy-clear Fuschlsee. The first dates will be on **December 5 and 19, 2025**, and from **January 9, 2026**, winter bathing will be offered weekly **on Fridays at 9:30 am** until **the end of March**. Afterwards, a visit to the **Fuschlseebad restaurant** is the perfect way to warm up with a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or a leisurely breakfast and get the day off to a great start.
