### If Thursday falls on a public holiday, "kettling" will already take place on Wednesday.

All meat from our farm, whether pork, beef, veal, lamb or game, comes exclusively from producers in the Almtal. We can exactly prove the origin of each piece.

Also our 75 different types of sausages of our own production are made exclusively from meat from local farmers.
