Juicy Legs of Lamb

We recommend serving butter potatoes and green beans with bacon to go with it.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • ·  4 lamb legs
  • ·  4 cloves of garlic
  • ·  1 onion
  • ·  Root vegetables
  • ·  Salt, pepper, thyme
  • ·  rosemary, basil, chervil, savory

Salt lamb legs, pepper and season with herbs.
Roast with garlic, onion and root vegetables in the oven at 170°C for approx. 1.5 hours.
Add water or soup after half an hour.

Puree root vegetables, onions and garlic for the sauce, mix with the remainder of the roast, thicken with flour and season.
