Hash Brown Potatoes with Mixed Fried Traunsee Fish

Fish with Fresh Herbs

Preparation: peel and boil potatoes, let them cool down and cut them in slices. Roast onions with the potatoes. Don’t stir too much and let them brown.

As soon as the potatoes get a slightly brown colour, you can add the sliced filets seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon juice and the cherry tomatoes. Just before you serve the meal you add the freshly-chopped herbs.

Important: once the fish is added, toss around carefully so that the fish doesn’t fall to pieces.

Our tip:/u> roast fish filet separately and add to the potatoes on the plate.

Garnish: scatter tips of chives on the meal
