On the occasion of the federal exhibition 2008 31 committed landlords of restaurants and hotels have teamed up under the name of “Salzkammergut Wirte” (“Landlords of the Salzkammergut”). In particular they pay attention to the use of regional produce from the Salzkammergut area.
