Thus its no wonder that a great idea was born here in 1994: The cooperation of Salzkammergut-based Fish Restaurants & Hotels, which are truly committed to prepare the finest specialties freshly fished at local waters. Delicious!

Union for Enjoying Fish

Good taste and all that goes with it! The guesthouses present themselves not only with the same logo, but also with the same menu boards and dishes. Even the aprons of the waiters tell of the joint efforts to apply the same quality features for spoiling guests. Still every restaurant maintains its own, typical style.
