Schönbergalm Family Park

On Schönbergalm pasture and on the way to the caves there are different, newly-designed nature and adventure areas that wait to be explored in a playful way.

At the following 15 stations (as listed and described in the brochure) it is worth making a short or longer break:

Limestone arena (pasture arena with 2 stages),

Simony Hotels (4 theme huts with exhibition rooms)

Almbodenkick football ground ( small stadium for football enthusiasts)

Karst climbing garden (climbing experience with great views)

Sun terrace (culinary delights)

Mammut Cave (passable -on feet or knees - cave sculpture)

Bad Weahter Station ( Presentation of a cave flight film)

Stone Zoo (animal sculptures)

Adventure Path (forest trail with balancing pole, giant ladders, liana)

Tree hut (tree hut with view of Almboden)

Resting area (resting and vantage spot)

Anti-Avalanche Stand (documentation of wild brook obstructions and anti-avalanche fences)

Wombärhöhle cave (birth place of Wom, the cave bear)

Geology (contemporary history man – animals - vegetation)

16 Stone Gardens (patches with berries, herbs, flowers)
