2010: 2 toque, 15 points
One can almost feel how the chef enjoyed the cooking.
“The soups were especially delightful (consommé with garnishes, cappuccino of Jerusalem artichoke) just like the starters (tartar of chanterelles with carpaccio, roasted liver of trout on green salads). All dishes were well seasoned and pleasantly presented. The only downer of this evening was a duck that somehow hadn’t turned out…” so the judgement of Gault Millau 2010.
