Individual tour, 2 overnight stays, breafkasts, luggage transfer, ...
Starting point is the imperial town Bad Ischl, where the tour immediately starts with quite a climb up to the Ischler Salzberg (salt mountain of Ischl). A true highlight awaits you high above Goisern, where you cycle along a free level tunnel through the so-called Ewigen Wand (imperishable wall). From Mt. Raschberg a magnificent view opens up onto the Dachstein massif, before it goes rapidly downwards to the Rettenbachtal valley. Via the Blaa Alm you reach the romantic Ausseerland and today’s destination Bad Aussee.
The next day after a short climb you reach the Burgruine Pflingstberg, where you can enjoy the beautiful view onto Lake Altausseersee. Continue along the brook Leislingbach and cycle towards the Lake Hallstättersee in Upper Austria. Following the Ostuferwander- weg (east riverside hiking path) enjoy the beautiful view of Hallstatt and Mt. Krippenstein before it gets tough and you have to cycle up again to Rossalm, the top of this tour. Here enjoy the classical sight onto Mt. Dachstein from Lake Gosausee, before you return via Gosau to Bad Goisern and leisurely go back to Bad Ischl.
